Ottawa, May 26, 2015 – The first 65 condo units in the highly anticipated Zibi development will be going on sale this Saturday, May 30, starting at 10am. The public is invited to visit the state-of-the-art Zibi sales centre to get a preview of the stunning views and sights of Zibi, and learn more about the units on offer.
The first phase of the Zibi project – in downtown Gatineau – include two six-storey waterfront buildings developed to cater to a wide variety of lifestyles and budgets. Floor plans range from small studios to beautiful two-storey loft units with private terraces.
Prospective purchasers will be interested to know that the City of Gatineau has offered an eight-year 50% tax waiver for unites in these two buildings.
To celebrate the sales launch, Windmill has planned a day entertainment, activities, food and prizes, as well as Opening Day-only incentives.
